摘要
以数控机床伺服系统为研究对象,以模糊PID控制理论为依据,设计了数控机床模糊PID控制器。使用模糊控制规则对PID参数进行修改,从而使控制器的自适应能力得以显著提升,对该模糊PID控制器使用Simulink进行仿真,测试结果表明,与传统PID控制器相比,该控制器的响应速度和鲁棒性显著提高,数控机床的加工精度较高且无超调,数控机床的整体控制性能显著提升。
Taking the CNC machine tool servo system as the research object and the fuzzy PID control theory as the basis,this paper designs the fuzzy PID controller of the CNC machine tool.It uses the fuzzy control rules to modify the PID parameters and to significantly improve the adaptive ability of the controller,and uses Simulink to simulate the fuzzy PID controller.The results show that compared with the traditional PID controller,the response speed and robustness of the controller are significantly improved.The machining accuracy of the CNC machine tool is higher without overshoot,and the overall control performance of the CNC machine tool is significantly improved.
