摘要
预埋式水平垃圾压缩机属于环卫机械中垃圾预处理设备,主要用于城市生活垃圾的压缩打包,降低运输成本,延长填埋场寿命。该文结合产品实际质量反馈案例,重点介绍了预埋式水平垃圾压缩机四缸同步升降系统的优化设计方案和匹配计算,为工程技术人员在进行其他类似液压系统研发时提供了参考案例。
The embedded horizontal waste compressor belongs to the waste pretreatment equipment in the environmental sanitation machinery.It is mainly used for the compression and packaging of urban domestic waste,reducing the transportation cost and prolonging the service life of the landfill.Combined with the actual quality feedback cases of products,this paper focuses on the optimal design scheme and matching calculation of the four cylinder synchronous lifting system of the embedded horizontal waste compressor,which provides a reference case for engineers in the research and development of other similar hydraulic systems.
