宁夏水稻耐低温淹水萌发种质的筛选 被引量:4

摘要 利用43个宁夏水稻种质材料,在13℃、10 cm水深条件下萌发,开展耐低温淹水萌发种质的筛选。结果表明,43个种质的萌发率在0~90.0%、胚芽鞘长度在0~16.9 mm,说明低温淹水会抑制种子萌发并表现出萌发差异;通过主成分分析,得到由萌发率、萌发系数和萌发指数决定的代表萌发能力及由胚芽鞘长度和活力指数决定的代表萌发状态的2个综合指标;运用隶属函数法,筛选得到耐低温淹水萌发中等以上的种质4个,而大多数宁夏水稻种质低温淹水萌发较弱。 43 rice germplasm materials were used to select the proper rice germplasm at the temperature of 13℃and water depth of 10 cm.The results showed that the germination rate was between 0 and 90.0%,and the length of the coleoptiles was between 0 and 16.9 mm.It is indicated that the low temperature and submergence will restrain the seed germination and lead to germination differences.Through PCA(principle component analysis),two comprehensive indicators were obtained.One is the germination ability determined by the germination rate,germination coefficient and germination index,and the other is the germination state represented by the length of coleoptiles and vital index.Finally,the membership function was used to select four germplasms.Meanwhile,most rice germplasm has weak germination ability under the stress of low temperature and submergence in Ningxia.
