摘要
淹水胁迫可以在水稻的各个生育期发生,严重影响水稻的生长发育、产量及品质。探明水稻生长发育对淹水胁迫的响应机制,并在生产上培育出耐淹性较强的水稻新品种对水稻安全生产具有重要意义。从水稻的淹水类型、鉴定方法、评价指标、生理生化特性、分子机制、QTL和基因、外源物质的应用等方面进行了综述,总结了近年来水稻淹水胁迫研究中所取得的进展,提出应研究出最具代表性的鉴定方法和评价指标,同时研发一种有效的复合调控剂,提高水稻耐淹能力;进一步通过常规育种和分子标记选育相结合,利用优异的水稻种质资源,对重要耐淹基因和QTL进行聚合,为探索水稻耐淹机制以及水稻耐淹新品种的选育提供参考。
Flooding stress can occur at various stages of rice growth and development,seriously affecting rice growth and development,yield and quality.Understanding the response mechanisms of rice growth and development to flooding stress and developing new flood-tolerant rice varieties are of great significance for the safe production of rice.This review summarized the progress made in the study of flooding stress in rice in recent years,including flooding types,identification methods,evaluation indicators,physiological and biochemical characteristics,molecular mechanisms,QTLs and genes,and the application of exogenous substances in rice.It suggested that the most representative identification methods and evaluation indicators should be developed,and an effective compound regulator should be developed to enhance the flooding tolerance of rice.Furthermore,combining conventional breeding and molecular marker-assisted selection,utilizing excellent rice germplasm resources,aggregating important flood-tolerant genes and QTLs,will provide references for exploring the flooding tolerance mechanism of rice and breeding flood-tolerant rice varieties.
