摘要
通过对种芽进行10 d低温(5℃)淹水(5 cm深)胁迫处理,根据种子成苗率和幼苗生长指标的变化,评价了204份水稻育种材料的耐低温淹水特性。结果表明,低温淹水胁迫处理后,有36份材料能够不同程度成苗,其中14份材料的成苗率胁迫系数达到1;与正常条件下发芽的对照相比,低温淹水胁迫处理的成苗率、根长、根数、苗高、株鲜重、地上部鲜重和根鲜重均显著下降,且各性状基因型差异扩大;成苗率胁迫系数和各幼苗生长指标的胁迫系数之间密切相关;采用隶属函数法对36份成苗的水稻材料的耐低温淹水性进行了综合评价,筛选出了5份耐低温淹水能力突出的水稻种质。
Based on the adult seedling rate and the change of seedling growth traits,the tolerance to low temperature and submergence of 204 entries of rice genetic resources was evaluated after the treatment of low temperature( 5℃)and submergence( 5 cm deep) for 10 days during germinating stage. The results showed that there were 36 entries of the tested rice materials developed adult seedlings to a different extent under the stress of low temperature and submergence,among which 14 entries had their stress coefficients of adult seedling rate up to 1. After the treatment of low temperature and submergence during the germinating stage,the adult seedling rate and seedling growth traits including root length,the number of roots,seedling height,seedling fresh weight,aboveground fresh weight and the fresh weight of roots were all markedly decreased,and the variation of each trait among different genotypes was greater. There existed a close correlation between the stress coefficient of adult seedling rate and those of all seedling growth traits. The tolerance to low temperature and submergence of 36 entries of rice materials with adult seedlings developed was evaluated by the method of subordinate function,and five entries of rice genetic resources were finally screened out to be strongly tolerant to low temperature and submergence.
