基于能力培养的护理专业病理学混合式教学的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前,医学教育以培养高能力、高素质的综合性应用型人才为目标。为了提升护理专业学生的综合能力,将混合式教学模式应用于病理学教学中。将2018级护理专业55名学生随机分成实验班、对照班,分别采用混合式教学模式、传统教学模式。期末,对实验班和对照班进行病理学统一期终考试,并对实验班和对照班进行问卷调查,进行统计学分析。结果显示,实验班期终考试平均成绩明显优于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷结果显示,实验班学生综合能力优于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总之,开展病理学混合式教学模式能有效地提高护理专业学生的综合能力,有助于护理人才的培养,值得进一步推广实施。 At present, medical education aims at cultivating comprehensive applied talents with high ability and high quality. In order to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, the mixed teaching mode was applied to pathology teaching.55 students of grade 2018 nursing specialty were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, respectively, using the mixed teaching mode,the traditional teaching mode respectively. At the end of the term, the final examination of unified pathology was carried out. The students in the experimental group and control group were required to fill in a questionnaire investigated and statistically analyzed.As a result, the average test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),The questionnaire survey shows that the improvement of comprehensive ability of the experiment group is better than the control group. These differences have statistics significance(P<0.05).In a word,the mixed teaching mode of pathology can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, help the training of nursing talents, and deserve further promotion.
