摘要
创新扩散动力不足是造成低效扩散的根本原因。文章在阐述企业家精神、创新收益期望、同群效应与市场竞争等制造企业创新扩散动力机制的基础上,根据黑龙江省石墨烯新材料产业集群的问卷调查,将多元回归模型与数值仿真相结合,基于技术生命周期的时序发展动态模拟了制造企业创新扩散动力机理的演化规律。研究发现,上述多元动力在促进制造企业创新扩散的过程中发挥了“荣辱与共”的协同作用,从而对新技术的扩散产生整体性驱动作用。在此基础上,通过关键动力的敏感性分析,进一步指出打破制造企业创新扩散动力成长上限的症状解、根本解和杠杆解,并提出解决低效扩散问题的实质性建议。
Lack of innovation diffusion drivers is the primary cause of inefficient diffusion.On the basis of expounding the dynamic mechanism of innovation diffusion of manufacturing enterprises,such as entrepreneurship,innovation income ex⁃pectation,same group effect and market competition,according to the questionnaire survey of New Materials Industry Cluster in Heilongjiang,this paper combines multiple regression model with numerical simulation,and dynamically simu⁃lates the evolution law of innovation diffusion dynamic mechanism of manufacturing enterprises based on the time se⁃quence development of technology life cycle.It is found that the above multiple driving forces play a synergistic role of"sharing weal and woe"in the process of promoting innovation diffusion of manufacturing enterprises,which has an over⁃all driving effect on the diffusion of new technologies.On this basis,through the sensitivity analysis of key dynamics,this paper further points out the symptom solution,fundamental solution and leverage solution of breaking the upper limit of in⁃novation diffusion power growth of manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward substantive suggestions to solve the prob⁃lem of inefficient diffusion.
