信息素养视域下的乡村教师继续教育现状及解决策略

摘要 信息技术越来越成为时代的主流,在此形势下乡村教师必须适应时代的发展,接受继续教育,提高自身的信息素养。该文首先介绍了乡村教师信息素养的现状:信息素养单一、实践力度薄弱,接着阐述了乡村教师信息素养继续教育的必要性,最后通过采用改变教师观念、为教师提供培训教育、给乡村学校提供足够的信息化设备、营造信息化氛围等措施来提升教师的信息化素养。 Information technology has increasingly become the mainstream of the times.Under this situation,rural teachers must adapt to the development of the times,receive continuing education,and improve their information literacy.This article first introduces the current status of rural teachers’information literacy:information literacy is single,and the practice is weak.Then,the necessity of continuing education of rural teachers’information literacy is explained.Finally,by adopting the concept of changing teachers,providing training education for teachers,and providing sufficient resources for rural schools measures such as information equipment and creating an information atmosphere to improve teachers’information literacy.
