摘要
主要采用文献资料法、网络调查法、实地调查法对当前我国幼儿体育发展中的热点现象、存在问题进行了梳理和分析,并提出相应的建议,对于了解和把握我国幼儿体育的发展现状以及推动其健康发展具有重要意义。研究发现:我国幼儿体育呈现出了相关组织及机构大量涌现;论坛、教师培训举办频繁;体育用品展销、博览会与年俱增;各类体育赛事丰富多彩;书籍出版、论文发文量剧增等5大热点现象,体现出基层社会组织、企业先热,体育用品层、活动层和理论研究层先热的特点,呈由下而上、由外及内的热传递走向。我国幼儿体育存在对幼儿体育重要性的认识不足;体育教师数量不足、专业性弱;体育活动空间和场地设施不足;体育活动量不足;幼儿潜在超重/肥胖风险加大、体质发展不平衡;幼儿体育发展的科学化、规范化问题凸显等6大主要问题。研究建议:(1)加强宣传,提高认识,推进幼儿体育政策研究;(2)推动体育、教育部门协同,实施幼儿体育师资培训计划;(3)优化幼儿体育活动环境,推进"幼儿体育示范基地"建设;(4)动员社会广泛参与,营造幼儿参加体育活动的良好氛围;(5)重视幼儿的体质健康发展,科技助力幼儿体质监测、评价常态化运行;(6)整合多方科研力量,提高幼儿体育工作科学化水平。
By using the methods of documentation, network survey and field investigation, this paper combed and analyzed the hotspot phenomena and existing problems in the development of preschool children’s sports in China, and put forward corresponding suggestions, which is of great significance to understand and grasp the development status of preschool children’s sports and promote its healthy development in China. Results: There were five hotspot phenomena in preschool children’s sports in China, such as a large number of organizations and institutions of the preschool children’s sports have emerged, forums and teacher training were held frequently, sporting goods exhibitions and expositions were increasing year after year, various sports events were colorful, and the number of book published and paper issued were dramatically increased, reflecting the emerging popularity of grass-root social organizations and enterprises, as well as the levels of sporting goods, activity and theoretical research, and showing the trend of heat transfer from bottom to top and from outside to inside. Besides, there were six major problems in preschool children’s sports in China, such as insufliciencies in the understanding of the importance of preschool children’s sports, the number of physical education teachers and their specialty, the space and facilities for sports activities and the amount of sports activities, the increasing risk of potential overweight/obesity, the unbalanced development of preschool children’s physical fitness, and the lack of scientific and standardized development of preschool children’s sports. Research suggestions: (1) to strengthen publicity, raise awareness, promote preschool children’s sports policy research;(2) to promote the coordination of sports and education departments to implement training programs of preschool children’s physical education teachers;(3) to optimize the children’s sports activity environment, promote the construction of "preschool sports demonstration bases";(4)
