四逆散合升降散治疗三焦郁滞肺结节45例临床观察 被引量:27

摘要 目的:评价四逆散合升降散治疗三焦郁滞多部位肺结节的临床疗效。方法:运用四逆散合升降散加减治疗45例三焦郁滞的多部位肺结节患者,治疗2个疗程,每个疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后肺结节危险程度分级、CT影像学变化、CT评分、中医证候疗效评价、中医证候评分的变化。结果:治疗后不同疗程的危险分级、结节直径、疗效评价、中医证候评分均较治疗前明显改善;治疗2个疗程与1个疗程比较,疗效评价、中医证候评分得到不同程度的改善。结论:四逆散合升降散能在一定程度上改善三焦郁滞多部位肺结节患者中医症状,降低肺结节危险程度,减轻影像改变。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sini Powder combined with Shengjiang Powder in treatment of multiple pulmonary nodules with depression and stagnation of triple energizer.Methods:Totally 45 patients of multiple pulmonary nodules with depression and stagnation of triple energizer were treated with Sini Powder combined with Shengjiang Powder,the treatment lasted for 2 courses,each course was 3 months.The changes of pulmonary nodules risk grades,CT imaging,CT scores,efficacy evaluation and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores before and after treatment were observed.Results:The pulmonary nodules risk grades,pulmonary nodules diameter,efficacy evaluation and TCM symptom scores of different courses of treatment were significantly improved after treatment.The efficacy evaluation and TCM symptom scores were improved in different degrees between the second course of treatment and first course of treatment.Conclusion:Sini Powder combined with Shengjiang Powder can improve TCM symptoms,reduce the risk degree of pulmonary nodules and imaging changes in patients of multiple pulmonary nodules with depression and stagnation of triple energizer.
