摘要
给予2019年2月收治的1例坏疽性脓皮病伴脓毒血症患儿在抗感染、抗血栓、增强免疫力、调节肠道菌群等全身综合治疗的基础上,采用湿润烧伤膏联合红光治疗局部皮损创面,治疗11 d后,患儿精神状态明显好转,体温恢复正常,感染得到控制;治疗25 d后,嘴唇及左手中指末端皮损创面愈合,左上臂皮损创面明显缩小,患儿出院。
One infant patient with pyoderma gangrenosum and sepsis admitted into the Hospital in February 2019 was given the comprehensive treatments including anti-infection,anti-thrombosis,strengthening immunity,regulating intestinal flora,etc.,and the local skin lesions were managed with MEBO combined with red light.After 11 days of treatment,the mental state of the patient improved obviously and body temperature returned to normal,and the infection was well controlled.After 25 days of treatment,the lip wound and left middle finger tip wound were healed,and left upper arm wound was markedly decreased in size,and thus the patient was discharged from hospital.
