摘要
目的观察应用渭良伤科油按摩和湿敷预防经留置针上肢静脉营养所致静脉炎,以延长留置时间的效果。方法选择符合经上肢静脉营养标准患者130例,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组65例,对照组65例。观察组(干预组)输液前(营养液输入后1-10min)、输液中(营养液输入后3-5h)、输液后(营养液输完后)每天3次护士应用渭良伤科油从远心端向近心端按摩外周静脉营养输液侧上肢3-5min,按摩时避开透明敷料固定针孔处直径8cm范围,每次按摩后用浸有陈渭良伤科油的小方纱持续湿敷留置针孔上方3cm以上静脉处;对照组不进行按摩和湿敷;护士每天评估输液侧肢体静脉炎发生例数和留置针每次留置时间。结果两组静脉炎发生率Z=2.598,χ2=6.923,P<0.01,两组留置针留置1-2d和3-4d比较,χ2=38.892,P<0.001。结论干预组能预防因营养液的输入所致输液侧上肢静脉炎的发生,延长留置针留置时间。
Objective To observe the application of Wei-liang Shangke oil massage and wet compress pre-vention from catheter phlebitis caused by intravenous nutrition upper to extend the retention time.Methods According to the standards of parenteral nutrition,130 cases were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group（n=65）,the control group（n=65）.In the observation group,before infusion（1-10 minutes after the nutrient solution input）,during infusion（the nutrient input after 3-5 hours）,after transfusion（nutrient input exhausted）,three times a day,nurses applied Wei-liang Traumatology oil to massage peripheral nutrition side of upper limb from the distal end to the proximal end for 3~5min,but in control group without massage.Results In both groups the incidence of phle-bitis Z=2.598,χ2=6.923,p0.01,two indwelling catheter 1-2d and 3-4d comparison,χ 2 =38.892 and P0.001.Conflclusion Wei Liang traumatology oil can prevent from catheter phlebitis caused by intravenous nutrition in upper limb,and increase catheter indwelling time.
