摘要
核电厂发生的事件中很多是由人因失误引起的,如何对相关人因事件进行根本原因分析并得到准确的结果是后续进行针对性改进、避免事件重发的重要基础。相关分析工作不仅需要具备一定人因事件分析工作经验的人开展,还需要一套科学、合理的分析方法来保证分析结果的可靠性。解决这一问题最好的方法就是开发一套分析软件,将分析方法及人因事件分析经验固化下来,降低分析工作难度,提升分析质量。本文介绍了核电厂人因事件根本原因分析软件的研制与应用。
Many events happened in nuclear power plants are caused by human error.It is important to analyse these events and get the root cause for subsequent improvement and event recurrence.An experienced human event analysis expert is needed and a scientific and reasonable method is required as well,thus we could get a reliable result.The best way to solve this problem is to develop a software which could solidify the method and human event analysis experience.This could also reduce the difficulty of analysis and improve the quality of analysis.This paper introduces the development and application of root cause analysis software for human events of nuclear power plant.
