摘要
采用文献资料和逻辑分析法,运用社会资本理论分析日本校园足球的治理特征及启示。社会资本视角下,日本校园足球开展体系实质上是一套基于资源禀赋优化配置而构建的校园足球社会网络,资源要素间互动性强、互补性高,能够通过合理的网络关系联结发挥效用,其治理特征主要有:育人共识——校园足球的价值观,互惠规范——参与主体间的信任机制,有序协同——社会网络的有效构建。对我国校园足球治理的启示:校园足球治理的前提在于共识正确育人观念,治理重点在于规范运行机制,治理关键在于参与网络构建与优化。
Using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,the study analyzed Japanese campus football's governance characteristics and its enlightenments under social capital theory.In the view of social capital,the Japanese campus football system is a set of social networks based on optimization of factors allocation,which have high interactivity and complementarity each other,play effectiveness through rational network ties.The research concludes its governance characteristics as follows:common campus football's values,confidence mechanism among participants,effective construction in campus football networks.We get enlightenments as follows:the governance precondition is to reach a consensus in correct teaching;the governance emphasis is to standardize operation mechanism;the key point is to establish and optimize the football networks.
