摘要
将含丙烯酸酯基有机硅增粘剂(HMQ-g-ACR)添加到加成型液体硅橡胶(ALSR)中,制备了对聚碳酸酯(PC)、尼龙66(PA66)及铝(Al)具有良好粘接性能的ALSR胶粘剂。考察了HMQ-g-ACR用量对ALSR胶粘剂粘接强度的影响,重点研究了ALSR胶粘剂的耐水性能,利用全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(ATR-FTIR)对在100℃的沸水中浸泡不同时间的ALSR进行了表征。结果表明,当HMQ-g-ACR的用量为2phr时,ALSR胶粘剂的粘接强度最高,而且具有良好的耐水性。其中ALSR与PC的粘接强度最高,耐水性最好,经过100℃水煮8h,拉伸剪切强度仅从3.44 MPa下降到2.45MPa。力学性能和红外光谱结果表明ALSR基体具有良好的耐水性能,经100℃水煮8h,ALSR力学性能下降幅度低于6%,结构几乎没有变化。
Additional liquid silicone rubber(ALSR) adhesive with high adhesion strength to polycarbonate(PC), nylon 66(PA66) and aluminum(Al) was prepared by adding silicone adhesion promoter containing acrylate group(HMQ-g-ACR)into ALSR.The effect of HMQ-g-ACR content on adhesion strength of ALSR was investigated.And the water resistance of ALSR adhesive was mainly studied.The chemical structures of ALSR samples immersed in boiling water at 100℃ for different times were characterized by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy.It was found that ALSR adhesive had the highest adhesion strength and excellent water resistance when HMQ-g-ACR content was 2 phr.Among them, the adhesion strength of ALSR to PC was the highest and the water resistance was the best.The tensile shear strength only decreased from 3.44 MPa to 2.45 MPa after being immersed at 100℃ for 8 h.The test of mechanical properties and ATR-FTIR spectra showed that ALSR matrix had good water resistance.The decrease of ALSR mechanical properties was less than 6% after being immersed at 100℃ for 8 h, and the structure was almost unchanged.
