摘要
通过双酚F环氧树脂(EP)和丙烯酸的开环反应合成双酚F环氧丙烯酸酯树脂(BPFEA),然后以苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)为改性剂接枝改性双酚F环氧丙烯酸酯树脂,系统研究不同改性比例下有机硅改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂(PTES-BPFEA)的力学强度、柔韧性、耐热性等性能的影响。在10%的改性比例下有机硅改性树脂的综合性能最好,树脂的断裂伸长率达到17.2%、柔韧性为1mm、铅笔硬度为6H,且树脂的吸水率较低,树脂的耐热性和耐碱性都得到增强。
Bisphenol F epoxy acrylate resin(BPFEA)was synthesized through the ring-opening reaction of bisphenol F epoxy resin(EP)and acrylic acid.Using phenyltriethoxysilane(PTES)as a modifier,bisphenol F epoxy acrylate resin was grafted,systematically studied the effect of the mechanical strength,flexibility and heat resistance of silicone modified resin(PTES-BPFEA)under different modification ratios.The silicone modified resin has the best overall performance at a modification ratio of 10%.The elongation at break,the flexibility and the pencil hardness of resin is 17.2%,1 mm,and 6H,respectively.And the water absorption rate of the resin is lowest.Both heat resistance and alkali resistance of the resin are enhanced.
