摘要
在中国漫长的历史长河中,涌现出灿若繁星的著名工匠,他们是推动我国社会发展进步的重要力量。他们在实践中养成了敬业爱岗、精益求精、勇于探索、持之以恒的工匠精神。倡导和弘扬工匠精神是新时代发展的需要。在艺术职业教育人才培养过程中,我们需要转变艺术职业教育办学观念、开展艺术职业素质教育、构建现代学徒培养体系、打造匠艺相生教学模式,将工匠精神更好地融入到艺术职业教育中。
In the long history of China,famous craftsmen have emerged like shining stars.They are an important force in promoting the development and progress of our society.In practice,they have developed the craftsmanship spirit of dedication,devotion to their profession,pursuit of perfection,courage to explore and perseverance.Advocating and carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit is the need for the development of the new era.In the process of talent training in art vocational education,we need to change the concept of school running,develop the quality education of art vocation,build the modern apprenticeship training system,and create a teaching mode in which craftsmanship and art coexist so as to integrate the craftsmanship spirit into art vocational education better.
