摘要
硫磺回收装置的腐蚀是炼油企业面临的普遍性问题,腐蚀类型主要有高温硫腐蚀、低温露点腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和胺液腐蚀等多种腐蚀形态,各种腐蚀形态对应着不同的腐蚀机理.本文主要分析了胺液腐蚀产生的原因,并从工艺和设备两方面提出了针对性的防腐蚀对策.
Corrosion of sulfur recovery unit has been a universal problem confronted by any refinery.The forms of this corrosion include high temperature sulfur corrosion,low temperature dew point corrosion,electrochemical corrosion,and amine corrosion,etc.for the most part,and each form of corrosion has its unique and distinctive corrosion mechanism.The causes of amine corrosion are analyzed,and the protection measures against amine corrosion with regard to process and equipment are presented.
