摘要
对某脱硫装置的胺液再生塔底重沸器出口返塔管线法兰的腐蚀失效进行了分析,从装置工艺状况、材料成分和组织、腐蚀产物等方面进行了试验研究,得出了弯头腐蚀穿孔的原因,提出了工艺防腐、材料升级和结构优化等方面的控制措施。
Corrosion failure of a flange in pipe from bottom reboiler to regeneration tower of a desulfurization plant is analyzed in the paper. Material chemical composition,metallurgical structure, and corrosion products is inspected. Process operation condition is analyzed. Reason of corrosion failure is reached. Improved measures of process anticorrosion, material upgrade,and structural improvement are raised.
