摘要
硫磺回收装置的腐蚀是炼油企业面临的普遍性问题,通过分析硫磺回收过程腐蚀介质的来源及腐蚀机理和硫磺回收装置实在际生产中存在的设备腐蚀问题,并根据不同的腐蚀机理进行了腐蚀分类,剖析了腐蚀对装置造成主要危害,并提出了设备选材和工艺防护等有针对性的防腐蚀技术措施。
Corrosion in sulfur recovery unit is a common problem encountered by petroleum refiners.Sources of corrosive media and corrosion mechanism in sulfur recovery process,and the equipment corrosion problems existed in the practical operation of the sulphur recovery unit were analyzed.According to the different corrosion mechanisms,the corrosion types were classified.Main hazards of corrosion to the process unit were analyzed and some effective corrosion prevention measures were proposed in respect of material selection and process prevention.
