摘要
为充分开发油用萝卜籽这一新的油料资源,本文对萝卜籽油溶剂提取工艺进一步优化,实验以干燥研磨过的萝卜籽粉末为原料,以石油醚为浸取溶剂,提取萝卜籽中的粗脂肪,分析料液比、提取温度和提取时间这3个因素及两两因素间对萝卜籽油提取率的影响。经分析得出对提取率影响最大的是提取时间,其次是料液比,最后是提取温度。当提取时间为4 h,提取温度为40℃,料液比(mL/g)为18∶1时,提取率最高,此时萝卜籽油提取率为38.23%。采用气相色谱法分析萝卜籽油的脂肪酸组成,得出萝卜籽油中主要是不饱和脂肪酸。萝卜籽作为一种新的油料资源具有极大的开发价值。
In order to fully develop the new oil resource of radish seed for oil,the solvent extraction process of radish seed oil was further optimized in this article,In the experiment,the dried and ground radish seed powder was used as the raw material,and the petroleum ether was used as the extraction solvent to extract the crude fat from radish seed.The three factors,material liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time,and the influence of the two factors on the extraction rate of radish seed oil were analyzed.The biggest impact on the extraction rate is the extraction time,secondly the ratio of material to liquid,and thirdly the extraction temperature.When the extraction time was 4 h,the extraction temperature was 40℃,and the ratio of material to liquid was 18∶1 mL/g,the extraction rate was the highest,and the extraction rate of radish seed oil was 38.23%.The composition of fatty acids in radish seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography.It was concluded that the main fatty acids in radish seed oil were unsaturated fatty acids.As a new oil resource,radish seed has great development value.
