摘要
对溶剂法提取长白山野生红松子油的工艺进行了优化。选取乙醚、氯仿、正己烷、甲醇、丙酮、异丙醇、乙醇、二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯作为提取溶剂,观察其对松子油的提取率。结果显示:乙醚、氯仿和正己烷3种溶剂的提取率显著高于其他溶剂(P<0.05),结合生产成本等因素确定正己烷为松子油的提取溶剂。通过单因素试验和响应面优化试验确定了最佳松子油提取工艺:提取温度45℃、提取时间55 min和料液比1∶20(g/m L)。在此条件下,松子油的提取率为90.5%。
The solvent extraction technology of wild pine nut oil from Changbai Mountain was optimized.Ether,chloroform,n-hexane,methanol,acetone,isopropanol,ethanol,dichloromethane and ethyl acetate were selected as extraction solvents to observe the extraction rate of pine nut oil.The results showed that the extraction rates of ether,chloroform and n-hexane were significantly higher than other solvents(P<0.05).Combined with production cost and other factors,n-hexane was determined as the extraction solvent of pine nut oil.The optimum extraction technology of pine nut oil was determined by single factor test and response surface optimization test,and was obtained as follows:extraction temperature 45℃,extraction time 55 min and solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g/m L).Under these conditions,the extraction rate of pine nut oil was 90.5%.
