摘要
以微晶纤维素为原料制备油脂脱酸剂-碱性微晶纤维素,对其脱酸条件进行研究;并通过静态吸附试验研究碱性微晶纤维素对菜籽油中游离脂肪酸的吸附性能。研究结果表明,碱性微晶纤维素吸附脱酸的最佳条件为碱性微晶纤维素的添加量3%、脱酸温度50℃、吸附时间2.5 h,在此条件下菜籽油的酸值从4.17 mg KOH/g降至1.74mg KOH/g;静态吸附试验结果表明碱性微晶纤维素对初始酸价为3 mg KOH/g左右的原料油具有较好的脱酸效果。
With microcrystalline cellulose as raw material, modified alkaline microcrystalline cellulose was prepared. The effect of adsorption and removal of free fatty acids(FFA) by alkaline microcrystalline cellulose from the rapeseed oil was investigated, and the adsorption equilibrium properties of alkaline microcrystalline cellulose on FFA in rapeseed oil were studied by static adsorption experiment. The optimum deacidification conditions using alkaline microcrystalline cellulose were obtained as follows: alkaline microcrystalline cellulose dosage 3%, treatment temperature 50 ℃, and treatment time 2.5 h. Under the optimum conditions, the alkaline microcrystalline cellulose showed excellent results of deacidification, which could make the acid value of rapeseed oil decrease from 4.17 mg KOH/g to 1.74 mg KOH/g. The alkaline microcrystalline cellulose showed excellent effects of deacidification for rapeseed oil, of which the acid value was 3 mg KOH/g.
