摘要
目的对比碧蓝糊剂和氢氧化钙甘油糊剂在一次性根管治疗中的疗效。方法选择2016年1月~2018年10月青海省心脑血管病专科医院接受根管治疗的95例(109颗牙)患者纳入研究,通过随机数表法分为观察组50例(58颗牙),对照组45例(51颗牙),两组均接受一次性根管治疗,观察组使用碧蓝糊剂加牙胶尖实施根管充填,对照组使用氢氧化钙甘油糊剂加牙胶尖实施根管充填。比较两组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、急症反应发生率及手术成功率。结果观察组术后1d、3d、7d时VAS评分分别为(4.02±0.64)分、(2.94±0.50)分、(1.65±0.34)分,均明显低于对照组的(4.83±0.71)分、(3.53±0.59)分、(1.93±0.39)分,(P<0.05);观察组术后7d急症反应发生率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的22.22%,(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月时手术成功率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的84.44%,(P<0.05)。结论和氢氧化钙甘油糊剂相比,碧蓝糊剂在一次性根管治疗中的效果更显著,可有效减少术后疼痛及急症反应,保证远期充填效果,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To comparison of the effect of blue paste and calcium hydroxide glycerol paste in patients with one-time root canal therapy.Methods 95 patients(109 teeth)received root canal therapy from january 2016 to october 2018 were included in the study.50 cases(58 teeth)in the observation group and 45 cases(51 teeth)in the control group were divided by random number table method.The postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS),incidence and success rate of emergency response were compared.Results The VAS scores of the observation group at after operation 1,3 and 7 days were 4.02±0.64 scores,2.94±0.50 scores and 1.65±0.34 scores,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 4.83±0.71 scores,3.53±0.59 scores and 1.93±0.39 scores(P<0.05).The incidence of acute reaction in the observation group was 6.00%at after operation 7 d,which was significantly lower than those in the control group 22.22%(P<0.05).The success rate of operation in observation group was 98.00%at after operation 6 months,which was significantly higher than those in the control group 84.44%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with calcium hydroxide glycerin paste,the effect of Bilan paste in one-time root canal therapy is more significant,which can effectively reduce pain and emergency response after operation,and ensure long-term filling effect.
