摘要
目的:比较Vitapex,AH-plus糊剂等几种根管糊剂在根尖周炎患者根管消毒和充填中的效果。方法:450颗根尖周炎患牙分别完成两个实验,实验一为根管消毒实验,比较Vitapex糊剂,氢氧化钙糊剂,碘仿糊剂的消毒效果,实验二为根管充填实验,以AH-plus糊剂和普通根管充填糊剂充填根管并比较它们的充填效果。结果:根管消毒组中Vitapex糊剂组,氢氧化钙糊剂组和碘仿糊剂组的有效率为90.00%、71.25%和73.75%,Ridit分析组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Vitapex组优于氢氧化钙糊剂组和碘仿糊剂组,根管充填组AH-plus糊剂组充填术后随访6个月、12个月、24个月的有效率分别为95.37%、97.22%、98.14%,而普通根管充填糊剂组有效率为76.47%、85.29%、88.23%,AH-plus组骨密度增长值为(10.12±2.61)mm,普通根管充填糊剂为(7.89±1.71)mm,比较两组充填效果有统计学意义(P<0.05),AH-plus糊剂优于普通根管充填糊剂。结论:Vitapex糊剂的消毒效果优于氢氧化钙糊剂和碘仿糊剂,AH-plus糊剂根管充填效果优于普通根管充填糊剂。
Objective: To compare the effect of different root material including Vitapex paste and AH-plus sealer in patients with periapical periodontitis on root canal disinfection and filling. Methods: 450 teeth with periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups and completed two experiments. One group were treated with Vitapex paste,Calcium hydroxide paste and iodoform paste for root canal disinfection experiment,and compared these three pastes' disinfection effects. The others were treated with AH-paste and common root canal filling paste for root canal filling trial postoperatively to contrast AH-plus' s root canal filling effect to common root canal filling paste. Results: In root canal disinfection group,the effective rate of Vitapex group,Calcium hydroxide paste group and iodoform paste group were 90%,71. 25% and 73. 75%. The statistical difference existed between the three groups( P〈0. 05) and Vitapex was superior to the others by Ridit analysis. In root canal filling group,the efficient rate of AH-plus sealer was 95. 37%,97. 22% and98. 14% by 6 months,12 months,24 months follow-up postoperatively,while the efficient rate of common root canal filling paste group was 76. 47%,85. 29% and 88. 23% respectively. The bone mineral density increased by( 10. 12 ± 2. 61) mm in AH-plus group,and( 7. 89 ± 1. 71) mm in common root canal filling paste group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The disinfection effect of Vitapex paste group was superior to Calcium hydroxide paste and iodoform paste. AH-plus sealer's root canal filling effect was better than common root canal filling paste.
