摘要
目的探讨Cortisomol、AH-Plus、Vitapex三种根充材料根管充填后微渗漏情况以及Cortisomol不同粉液比对其微渗漏值的影响。方法将90颗离体样本牙根管预备后随机分成6组,每组样本牙采用对应糊剂进行根管充填,经X线确定根充效果后放入2%亚甲基兰生物染色剂中,分别于3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d,取出样本牙,沿牙体长轴纵剖后,测量渗漏根管内的染色长度(精确至0.01 mm),并进行统计学分析。结果A-Cortisomol 2.4∶1组、B-Cortisomol 2.8∶1组、C-Cortisomol 3.2∶1组与D-AH-Plus组比较微渗漏值无显著性差异;A-Cortisomol 2.4∶1组、B-Cortisomol 2.8∶1组、C-Cortisomol 3.2∶1组与E-Vitapex组比较微渗漏值有显著性差异(P<0.05);B-Cortisomol 2.8∶1组、C-Cortisomol 3.2∶1组微渗漏值明显小于A-Cortisomol 2.4∶1组(P<0.05)。结论Cortisomol根充后微渗漏数值较低,封闭效果好,是目前临床上较为理想的一种根充材料。
Objective To investigate the microleakage of three root canal filling materials,Cortisomol,AH-Plus and Vitapex,and the effect of different ratios of Cortisomol powder to liquid on microleakage.Methods Ninety root canals of isolated samples were prepared and randomly divided into 6 groups,and each group of sample teeth was filled with the corresponding paste.After the root filling,effect was determined by X-ray,the sample teeth were put into 2%methylene blue biological stain.The sample teeth were taken out on 3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days and 28 days,respectively.After longitudinal cutting along the long axis of the teeth,the staining length(accurate to 0.01 mm)in the leaking root canal was measured and statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in microleakage between group A-Cortisomol 2.4∶1,group B-Cortisomol 2.8∶1,group C-Cortisomol 3.2∶1 and group D-AH-Plus.There were significant differences in microleakage between group A-Cortisomol 2.4∶1,group B-Cortisomol 2.8∶1,group C-Cortisomol 3.2∶1 and group E-Vitapex(P<0.05).The microleakage values of B-Cortisomol 2.8∶1 group and C-Cortisomol 3.2∶1 group were significantly lower than those of A-Cortisomol 2.4∶1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cortisomol is an ideal material for root canal filling because of its low microleakage value and good sealing effect.
