摘要
目的了解陕西汉中地区孕妇血清维生素A、维生素E水平,评价孕妇的营养状况,为指导孕妇合理补充维生素提供依据。方法收集2016年12月至2019年11月首次到汉中市中心医院进行产前检查孕妇血清样本9 552份,检测并分析维生素A、维生素E水平。维生素A、维生素E的检测采用液相串联质谱法进行。结果汉中地区孕妇维生素A平均水平为(0.40±0.09)mg/L,维生素A异常以缺乏和边缘缺乏为主要表现,检出率分别为0.70%、11.00%,与维生素A正常检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为199.73、2 805.98,均P<0.05);≥35岁孕妇与<35岁孕妇维生素A营养状况比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.53,P<0.05);≥35岁孕妇维生素A缺乏及边缘性缺乏检出率分别为0.44%、7.50%,<35岁孕妇维生素A缺乏及边缘性缺乏检出率分别为0.73%、11.37%。维生素E平均水平为(13.13±3.53)mg/L,维生素E异常以过量为主要表现,检出率为4.56%;≥35岁孕妇与<35岁孕妇维生素E营养状况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。维生素E缺乏情况罕见,仅有1例。结论汉中地区孕妇维生素A、维生素E异常率均高于省会城市西安,维生素A异常以边缘性缺乏为主要表现,年轻孕妇的缺乏比高龄孕妇更明显;维生素E异常以过量为主要表现,高龄孕妇与年轻孕妇间差异不明显。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of vitamin A and E and evaluate the nutritional status of Hanzhong pregnant women,to provide the guidance of vitamin complement and diet for the pregnant women.Methods A total of 9552 serum samples of vitamin A and vitamin E were collected from pregnant women first performed prenatal tests at Hanzhong Central Hospital from December 2016 to November 2019.The serum concentration of vitamin A and E were detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results The average level of vitamin A of pregnant women in Hanzhong region was(0.40±0.09) mg/L,with deficiency and marginal deficiency as the main manifestations.The detection rates were 0.70% and 11.00%,respectively,which were significantly different from the normal detection rate of vitamin A(χ^2=199.73 and 2 805.98,respectively,both P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in vitamin A nutrition status between pregnant women ≥35 years old and pregnant women <35 years old(χ^2=17.53,P<0.05).For the pregnant women over 35 years,the detection rates of vitamin A deficiency and marginal deficiency were 0.44% and 7.50%,respectively,the detection rates of vitamin A deficiency and borderline deficiency in pregnant women <35 years old were 0.73% and 11.37%,respectively.The average level of vitamin E was(13.13±3.53)mg/L,with overdose as the main manifestation,the overdose detection rate was 4.56%.There was no significant difference in the overdose detection rate of vitamin E between pregnant women over 35 years and pregnant women under 35 years(P>0.05).Vitamin E deficiency was rare,with only one case.Conclusion The abnormal rates of vitamin A and E of pregnant women in Hanzhong region were higher than those in Xi’an,the capital city.The deficiency of vitamin A was the main manifestation by marginal deficiency,and the deficiency of pregnant women who are less than 35 years old was more obvious than that of elderly women.The abnormality of vitamin E was mainly manifested by overdose,and there was no signi
