摘要
中职学校的人才培育方向是向社会输送生产、建设、服务型的职业人才,而项目化教学在这类人才的培育工作中有着很强的适应性。采用项目化教学对中职旅游专业教学改革,构建与岗位对接的专业课程体系,培育大批高技能、高素质人才有重要作用。文章从中职学生的职业核心素养培育角度分析中职院校应用项目化教学的策略。
The direction of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools is to deliver professional talents of production,construction and service to the society,and project teaching has strong adaptability in the cultivation of such talents.Project based teaching plays an important role in the teaching reform of tourism specialty in secondary vocational schools,the construction of professional curriculum system connecting with posts,and the cultivation of a large number of high skilled and high-quality talents.This paper analyzes the application of project-based teaching strategy from the perspective of vocational students'professional core quality cultivation.
