摘要
目的探析自体脂肪颗粒与透明质酸对眶周年轻化的治疗应用效果。方法选取我院2018年9月-2019年9月收治60例眶周老化的求美者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用透明质酸治疗,观察组采用自体脂肪治疗,均治疗后,对其进行半年后的随访,分析两组的效果、形态等情况。结果 60例求美者中,观察组眶周年轻化形态优于对照组(P <0.05);两组均未发生局部肿块、硬结、脂肪液化、坏死及全身严重不良反应。结论针对眶周年轻化的求美者,采取自体脂肪颗粒和透明质酸治疗均可达到一定的美化效果,且安全性较高,但自体脂肪颗粒治疗眶周老化的形态更好。值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of autologous fat granules and hyaluronic acid in the treatment of periorbital rejuvenation.Methods 60 cases were selected in Yan'an People's Hospital during 2018.9 to 2019.9 as the research object,d randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hyaluronic acid,and the observation group was treated with autologous fat granules.After treatment,the patients were followed up half a year later to analyze the effect and morphology of the two groups.Results 60 cases,the observation group had a younger orbital periorbital morphology than the control group(P<0.05).There was no local mass,induration,fat liquefaction,necrosis or serious systemic adverse reactions.Conclusion Autologous fat granules and hyaluronic acid treatment can achieve certain beautification effect and high safety,but autologous fat granules have a better effect for the periorbital rejuvenation.
