摘要
目的:观察总结自体脂肪颗粒注射移植美容术280例的临床效果。方法:在肿胀麻醉下采用注射器法从供区抽取自体脂肪液经清洗、纯化后将自体脂肪颗粒注射移植到面部凹陷部位及两侧乳房等受区。结果:本组280例共756个部位自体脂肪颗粒注射移植后经3～60个月的随访观察,12例乳房和7例面部自体脂肪颗粒注射移植后脂肪吸收明显,占6.89%;3例单侧乳房出现硬结,占1.07%;其余受术者均获得满意的临床效果(92.14%)。结论:自体脂肪颗粒注射移植美容术是一种安全、无排斥、操作便利、效果良好的技术,尤其在修复面部凹陷更为理想,应成为首选方法。
Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effect of fat granules auto-transplantation by injection in 280 cases. Methods The fat granules were extracted with injector, purified and injected into the facial depression and breasts. Results 756 sites in 280 cases were corrected with injecting autologous fat granules. Among the 280 cases followed up for 3～60 months, only 12 cases of breasts injection and 7 cases of facial injection were dissatisfied with autologous fat granules that were obviously absorbed, and the incidence rate was 6.89%. 3 cases （1.07%） occurred induration in the single breast. The others showed excellent or good augmentation results （92.14%）. Conclusion The fat granules auto-transplantation is a good, safe and effective technique for body depression, especially for facial concave deformity. It will be first selection for facial depression.
