自体富血小板血浆注射改善眶周皮肤老化的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察皮下注射自体富血小板血浆(Autologous platelet-rich plasma,PRP)改善眶周皮肤老化的临床疗效。方法:将获取的自体富血小板血浆(PRP)均匀注射(单次)至志愿者眶周皮下,使用VISIA图像分析系统对治疗前后不同阶段的皮肤相关特征进行检测,将所得分值进行对比分析,并计算其差异性。结果:治疗前、治疗后30d、60d皱纹、纹理、斑点检测值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后30d、60d毛孔检测值与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是治疗后30d与60d比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。紫外线色斑检测值治疗前后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自体富血小板血浆(PRP)注射可以改善眶周皮肤老化状态,提升皮肤年轻化,操作方便,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of subcutaneous injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP) on periorbital skin aging. Methods The obtained autologous platelet rich plasma(PRP) was uniformly injected(single time)into the periorbital subcutaneous area of the patients. VISIA complexion analysis system was used to detect the skin related characteristics at different stages before and after treatment. The test results were compared and analyzed, and the differences were calculated. Results There were significant differences in wrinkles, textures and spots between 30 and 60 days after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05). There were significant differences in pore detection values between before and after treatment at 30 and 60 days(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between 30 days and 60 days after treatment(P >0.05). There was no significant difference in ultraviolet spot detection before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion PRP injection can improve periorbital skin aging, promote skin rejuvenation, and is easy to operate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
