摘要
目的:观察培土方对肺心病缓解期免疫指标的影响。方法:将60例肺心病缓解期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药培土方。比较两组症状积分及免疫指标。结果:观察组治疗后咳嗽、痰多、食少纳呆、大便异常症状积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前升高,观察组CD8^+较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组CD8^+与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺心病缓解期患者采用培土方治疗,能改善呼吸道症状,调节胃肠功能,提高免疫功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of Peitufang on immune indicators in remission stage of pulmonary heart disease.Method:Sixty patients with pulmonale heart disease in remission stage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given basic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine Peitufang on the basis of the control group.Symptom scores and immune indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,excessive phlegm,anorexia and stool abnormity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and CD8^+in the observation group was decreased compared with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while CD8^+in the control group was no significantly difference from that before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^+was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the remission stage of pulmonary heart disease,Peitufang can improve respiratory symptoms,regulate gastrointestinal function and improve immune function.
