摘要
目的:通过应用简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)和APGAR家庭功能量表(适应度A:adaptation,合作度P:partnership,成长度G:growth,情感度A:affection,亲密度R:resolve)对社区老年人的早期认知功能障碍情况进行筛查,探讨社区老年人MMSE量表得分的相关因素,为预防老年人认知功能下降提供科学依据。方法:采用MMSE量表、APGAR家庭功能量表等调查社区2019年接收的864例老年患者的认知功能障碍情况。对影响认知功能的相关因素进行单因素分析与多元线性回归分析。结果:回归方程决定系数R^2=0.326,说明模型拟合效果较好。经过对回归方程的显著性检验,模型的自变量所拟合的方程差异有统计学意义(F=40.602,P<0.001),表示模型中被解释变量MMSE得分与所有自变量之间的线性关系在总体上是显著的。结果表明社区老年人认知功能障碍与年龄、月收入、Katz ADL总分、Lawton IADL总分、焦虑总分、抑郁量表总分、APGAR总分相关(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年人认知功能障碍受年龄、月收入、Katz ADL总分、Lawton IADL总分、焦虑总分、抑郁量表总分、APGAR总分影响。
Objective:To screen the early cognitive dysfunction of the elderly in the community through MMSE(mini-mental state examination)and APGAR family function scales,and to explore the influencing factors of the scores of the MMSE.To provide scientific basis for preventing the decline of cognitive function of the elderly.Method:MMSE and APGAR scale was used to investigate the cognitive impairment of 864 elderly patients received by the community in 2019.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out on related factors affecting cognitive function.Result:The regression coefficient R^2=0.326,indicating that the model fits better.After the significance test of the regression equation,the difference of the equations fitted by the independent variables of the model was statistically significant(F=40.602,P<0.001),indicating linear relationship between the MMSE score of the explained variable and all independent variables in the model was generally significant.It showed that the cognitive dysfunction of the elderly in the community was related to age,monthly income,Katz ADL total score,Lawton IADL total score,anxiety total score,depression scale total score,APGAR family function total score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive dysfunction in the elderly in the community is significantly influenced by variables such as age,monthly income,Katz ADL total score,Lawton IADL total score,anxiety total score,depression scale total score,APGAR family function total score variables.
