摘要 针对新工科背景下工程实践能力要求日益提升的现状,基于敏捷教学理念,对大学生工程实践训练模式进行深入探讨.通过突出工程整体观教学、强化迭代训练流程、增加基础实践数量、组织集中综合实训、创新实践考核模式等方法,以提升学生的工程能力为目标进行一系列改革,并在高级语言程序设计、RFID原理及应用等课程中试行.经过几年的教学实践,学生的工程实践能力有了较大提升. Based on the concept of agile teaching,this paper discusses the training mode of engineering practice for college students.With the aim of improving students'engineering ability,a series of reforms have been carried out by highlighting the teaching of engineering holistic view,strengthening iterative training process,increasing the number of basic practices,organizing centralized comprehensive practical training and innovating practical assessment mode,which have been tried out in advanced language programming,RFID principle and application courses.After years’teaching practice,students'engineering practice ability has been greatly improved.
