摘要
思想政治教育是高职院校教育工作的核心,对学生的人生发展起着至关重要的作用。而高职院校辅导员作为思政工作的主要执行者,负有不可推卸的教育责任。针对当前高职院校思政教育工作现状,基于辅导员在思政教育工作中的重要性,提出了改革策略,希望为高职院校思政教育工作提供有益的参考。
Ideological and political education is the core of higher vocational education,which plays an important role in the development of students'life.As the main force to implement ideological and political education,the counselors of higher vocational colleges have an unshirkable educational responsibility.Based on the importance of counselors in ideological and political education,this paper aims at the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,puts forward some reform strategies,and provides some useful reference for ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
