摘要
基于五大发展理念的视角构建京津冀协同发展评价指标体系,通过有序度模型定量测度京津冀地区协同发展水平。研究结果表明,京津冀协同发展的有序度在空间上存在差异性,京津两地的发展水平较高,河北发展处于劣势。从时间维度上来看,三地发展水平的差距逐步缩小,京津冀协同发展战略取得了实际的成效。
Based on the perspective of the five major development concepts,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development evaluation index system was constructed,and the level of coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was quantitatively measured through an ordered degree model.The results of the study show that the order of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development differs in space,the development level of Beijing and Tianjin is relatively high,and the development of Hebei is at a disadvantage.From the perspective of time,the gap between the development levels of the three places has gradually narrowed,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy has achieved results.
