摘要
成都作为省域中心城市,对全省发展具有引领带动作用,科学谋划成都与省域产业协同发展的路径方向,引领带动全省构建有四川特色的现代化产业体系,以产业协同推进区域经济高质量发展具有重要意义。通过搭建产业协同共兴的逻辑分析框架,对成都与省内市(州)产业协同发展的现状评价,借鉴先发地区典型经验,提出以成都为引领构建跨区域产业生态圈、以特色优势为基础共建高能级产业集群、以共建平台为方向筑牢产业协同发展支撑、以体制机制创新为保障推动产业合作落地落实的发展建议,助力全省产业协同共兴和区域经济高质量发展。
As a provincial central city,Chengdu plays a leading role in the development of the province.It is of great significance to scientifically plan the path and direction of the coordinated development of Chengdu and provincial industries,lead and drive the province to build a modern industrial system with Sichuan characteristics,and promote the high-quality development of regional economy with industrial synergy.By building the logical analysis framework of industrial coordination and co-prosperity,the current situation of the coordinated development of industries between Chengdu and the cities in Sichuan was evaluated,and the typical experience of the first-mover regions was draw on,the development suggestions of building a cross-regional industrial ecosystem led by Chengdu,building a high-energy industrial cluster on the basis of characteristic advantages,building a solid support for the coordinated development of industries with the direction of co-construction platform,and promoting the implementation of industrial cooperation with the guarantee of institutional innovation were put forward,To help the province s industries to jointly develop and the high-quality development of regional economy.
