摘要
在研究生教育阶段,良性师生关系的构建是保证高质量培养研究生的一个关键性因素。文章从新进研究生导师的视角,重点调查和分析了新进导师与研究生之间师生关系中存在的问题:角色转变的突发性、师生关系的复杂性、科研导向的矛盾性。在此基础上,提出了相应的建议和对策,为新进导师与研究生之间良性师生关系的构建提供参考。
In the graduate education stage,the construction of benign teacher-student relationship is a key factor to ensure the high-quality training of graduate students.From the perspective of new graduate tutors,this paper focuses on investigating and analyzing the problems in the relationship between new tutors and graduate students:the suddenness of role change,the complexity of teacher-student relationship,and the contradiction of scientific research orientation.On this basis,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to provide a reference for the construction of a benign teacher-student relationship between the new tutors and graduate students.
