摘要
新型复合材料应用发展迅速,高端单向预浸料的研制生产能更好适应航空航天、交通运输、国防、高档民用的需求。而生产高端单向预浸料,碳纤维分布均匀性的改善是一个至关重要的因素,因为碳纤维分布均匀性直接影响着预浸料面密度的控制精度和使用性能。介绍了碳纤维分布均匀性在单向预浸料生产中的影响作用及现状,针对碳纤维分布进行了试验研究,对碳纤维分布均匀性进行了初步分析并提出了改善方法。通过分析和运用改善方法,使碳纤维分布均匀性得到了明显的提高,对实际生产中工艺调整有很好的指导作用。该研究有利于高端单向预浸料的生产制造。
With the rapid development of new composite materials,the development and production of highend unidirectional prepreg can better meet the needs of aerospace,transportation,national defense and high-end civil use.In the production of high-end unidirectional prepreg,the improvement of carbon fiber distribution uniformity is a crucial factor,because the carbon fiber distribution uniformity directly affects the control accuracy and performance of prepreg.In this paper,the influence of carbon fiber distribution uniformity on the production of unidirectional prepreg and its status quo are introduced.The distribution of carbon fiber is tested and studied.The preliminary analysis of carbon fiber distribution uniformity is carried out and the improvement methods are proposed.Through the analysis and application of improvement methods,the carbon fiber distribution uniformity has been significantly improved,which has a good guiding role in the actual production process adjustment.The research is beneficial to the production of high-end unidirectional prepreg.
