摘要
研发出了一套热塑性树脂熔融浸渍连续碳纤维的生产装置。该装置主要由分丝系统、浸渍系统以及牵引系统等部分所构成,其特点是利用气流展丝,柱状辊系分散纤维束以及竖向并列双辊浸渍纤维束,并通过牵引系统。利用该装置可制备纤维质量分数在30%~70%的连续纤维增强热塑性树脂(聚丙烯等)复合材料。对该浸渍装置的设计和工作原理进行了分析说明。
A set of device for impregnation of continuous fiber roving with thermoplastics melt was developed. The device is mainly composed of the sub-wire, dipping and traction systems, which is characterized by airflow exhibition silk, columnar rolls and vertical dispersion fiber bundle parallel twin-rollimpregnated fiber bundle, and the use of presses rolling. It can be used to prepare continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin (polypropylene, etc. ) with fiber mass ratio of 30% to 70%. The design and operating principle of the immersion unit were analyzed.
