农户土地产权、要素市场化与正规信贷可得性 被引量:4

摘要 农户生产的发展与生活的改善离不开资金的支持,信贷可得性是农户实现自身发展的重要问题之一。利用2016年CFPS调查中6490个农户的微观数据,实证研究农户土地产权价值对其正规信贷可得性的影响,并分析农村要素市场化在这一影响过程中的调节作用。研究表明:通过信号甄别与风险补偿的作用机理,土地产权有助于农户正规信贷可得性的实现。农村生产要素市场化使土地产权的信号甄别与风险补偿效应得以强化,对以上影响关系存在正向的调节作用;而农村金融要素市场化使正规金融机构对农户的信贷投放意愿降低,对以上影响关系存在负向的调节作用。因此,应进一步巩固农地产权制度改革相关成果,完善农村要素市场化配置体制机制,深化农村金融供给侧改革,促进农户土地金融权益的实现。 The rural households'development of production and the improvement of life is inseparable from the support of funds.Credit availability is one of the primary problems for rural households,development.This paper uses the data of 6490 households in the 2016 CFPS survey,empirically studies the impact of rural householdsf land property on their formal credit availability and the role of rural factor marketization in this process.The study found that through the mechanism of signal screening and risk compensation,land property rights can help inral households realize the availability of formal credit.The marketization of rural factors of production strengthens the signal screening and risk compensation effects of land property rights and has a positive moderating effect on the above impact relationships;while the marketization of rural financial factors reduces the willingness of formal financial institutions to provide credit to rural households,which has a negative moderating effect.It is recommended that consolidate the achievements related to the reform of the agricultural land property rights,improve the system of market allocation of rural factors,deepen rural financial supply-side reform,and promote the realization of rural householdsf financial rights in land.
