摘要
海洋石油拥有较多的离心泵关键机组用于关键生产工艺中,这些设备的本质安全运行对于海洋石油安全生产具有重要的影响。该文梳理了海洋石油离心泵常见故障形式及分布占比,提出基于振动监测的分层分布式架构的监测系统设计,并针对机组状态突变问题采用以高斯理论分布建立智能预警快变报警系统。研发出的振动设备预知性维修平台经过应用,能够实现对离心泵机组的有效监测和及时准确预警。
There are many key centrifugal pump units used in the key production process of offshore oil,and the intrinsic safety operation of these equipment has an important impact on the safe production of offshore oil.In this paper,the common fault forms and distribution proportion of offshore oil centrifugal pumps are summarized。And the hierarchical distributed monitoring system based on vibration monitoring is proposed.The predictive maintenance platform developed can effectively realize the effective monitoring and timely and accurate early warning of the centrifugal pump unit.
