摘要
滑阀式伺服阀在冶金连铸机振动设备上应用较为普遍,因取消了喷嘴挡板和弹簧管结构,其抗污染能力和寿命都大大增强,因此更能适应钢铁企业环境,滑阀式伺服阀资料相对较少,但工作原理较喷嘴挡板式伺服阀更难理解,该文利用仿真软件AMESim对施耐德品牌的滑阀式伺服阀(HVM-067-80)进行建模及仿真,通过仿真分析得到伺服阀的滞环曲线和泄漏曲线,并与试验台得到的数据做对比,分析其优势与不足。
Slide valve type servo valve on metallurgical casting machine vibration equipment application is relatively common,due to the cancellation of the nozzle baffle and spring tube structure is its ability to resist pollution and life are greatly enhanced,so more can adapt to the environment,iron and steel enterprise slide valve type servo valve material is relatively small,but the working principle of the nozzle flapper servo valve is more difficult to understand,in this paper,by using the simulation software AMESim slide valve type servo valve for Schneider brand(HVM-067-80)modeling and simulation of the hysteresis curve of the servo valve is obtained by the simulation analysis and the leak curve,and compared with data obtained from test stand to do,to analyze its advantages and disadvantages.
