摘要
旋转机械发生振动故障以同频振动居多。工厂实践中极易将各种原因引起的同频振动均归结为转子不平衡,造成一些误诊。这使得同频振动成为既简单又难以判别的故障。本文探讨了旋转机械的同频振动机理及故障识别特征,并将其归纳为十类二十六种,可供诊断机械故障时参考。
Most of vibration faults in a rotating machinery are concerned in synchronous vibration. It is easy to consider all Synchronous vibration due to various reasons as dynamic unbalance in plant practice, so that often to make erroneous diagnosis. Therefore, the Synchronous vibration is a fault Common but difficult to distinguish. In the article, on the basis of approach to Syehronous vibration mechanism the distinguish features of 26 fault reasons which are classified as 10 groups have been discussed. The porblems causing fault reasons in aspects of design. manufacture, installation, maintenance operation and management, and relevant methods of preventing and curing synchronous vibration faults have been suggested in the attached form. The article could be guide to machenieal rant diagnosis.
