摘要
短缺的人才市场、个性化的工作诉求以及新兴信息与交通技术的保障,推动了知识经济时代各类非典型雇佣合作创新模式的全球性蓬勃发展。本文在分析非典型雇佣合作创新模式形成机理与运行机制的基础上,从知识管理和委托代理等角度,研究非典型雇佣合作创新知识转移的制度性困境,提出基于团队工作嵌入的非典型雇佣合作创新知识转移的理论模型,以及以双向声誉机制为核心的多维治理模式,旨在为中国人才项目等非典型雇佣合作创新实践的治理提供政策参考。
The shortage of talent market,personalized work demands,the guarantee of new information and transportation technology have promoted the global vigorous development of all kinds of atypical employment cooperation innovation models in the era of knowledge economy.Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism and operation mechanism of the atypical employment cooperation innovation mode,this paper studies the institutional dilemma of the knowledge transfer of the atypical employment cooperation innovation from the perspective of knowledge management and principal-agent,puts forward the theoretical model of the knowledge transfer of the atypical employment cooperation innovation based on team work embedding,and the multi-dimensional governance model with the two-way reputation mechanism as the core.The purpose of this paper is to provide policy reference for the governance of atypical employment cooperation innovation practices such as talent projects in China.
