摘要
目前,火电机组燃料成本超过运营成本的70%以上。船运卸煤码头用抓斗机,其作业方式为人工就地手动操作,存在作业效率低下、劳动强度大、作业环境差、信息化水平低等不足之处。本项目聚焦火电机组燃料管理的卸煤码头抓斗卸船机这一关键环节,通过运行模式、作业流程和几种策略优化方法,与传统作业方式相比,该系统作业效率显著提高,人员劳动强度大幅降低,提高卸煤自动化智能化水平,提升燃料管理效率和效益。每年可节约运行、维护、人工、燃料等成本达200多万元。
At present, the fuel cost of thermal power unit is more than 70% of the operating cost. The grab used in the coal unloading dock is operated manually on the spot, which has the disadvantages of low efficiency, high labor intensity, poor working environment and low information level. This project focuses on the key link of coal unloading dock grab ship unloader of thermal power unit fuel management. Compared with the traditional operation mode, operation process and several strategy optimization methods, the system has significantly improved the operation efficiency, greatly reduced the labor intensity of personnel, improved the intelligent level of coal unloading automation, and improved the efficiency and efficiency of fuel management. The cost of operation, maintenance, labor and fuel can be saved by more than 2 million yuan every year.
