摘要
桥式抓斗卸船机的工作环境比较差,钢丝绳常因外力冲击引起磨损,而钢丝绳的旋转是危及钢丝绳使用寿命的主要原因。根据针对桥式抓斗卸船机在起升、开闭和牵引小车运动过程中钢丝绳受力情况和旋转机理的分析,提出预防钢丝绳发生旋转的措施和方法。
Grab unloading bridge is applied where working situation is severe.Wire ropes are often worn by external impacting force,and wire rope rotation is regarded as main factor that endangers its service life.By analyzing wire rope stress condition and rotating mechanism of grab unloading bridge in the process of lifting,opening,closing and trailer wagon travelling,some methods and measures are put forward to avoid wire rope rotation.
