摘要
提出应对不旋转钢丝绳分类的观点,分析各类不旋转钢丝绳在使用中常出现的事故现象。在实际生产过程中,通过控制绳芯直径、各层绳股的捻距配比、预变形和后变形等工艺参数以及调整钢丝绳结构等方法提高钢丝绳的捻制质量。
The view of classification of non-rotating wire rope is put forward. To analyze all kinds of accidents of non-rotating wire rope arising in practice usually. The laying quality of wire rope can be improved by means of controlling the diameter of rope core, lay length ratio of all lay strands, parameters of preforming and postforming, adjusting the structure of wire rope in the course of practice production.
