摘要
新时代中非法学教育合作具有特殊的背景,即中国特色社会主义进入新时代、“一带一路”倡议和“双一流”建设的提出。同时,中非法学教育合作也存在着高校建设差异、法学学科建设差异、教育模式差异及其相关问题。推进新时代中非法学教育合作,应当从以下几个方面入手:充分利用现有国际平台开展合作、大力推进中非法学学历教育合作、特别重视中非法学非学历教育合作,进而实现中非法学教育交流的不断深化。
In the new era,cooperation in legal education between China and Africa emerges in a special background.Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a“new era”,and there are new requirements for the“Belt and Road”initiative and the“Double First-Class”construction.At the same time,there are some differences in the construction of colleges and universities,in the construction of legal disciplines,and in educational models and related issues concerning the Sino-Africa cooperation in legal education.To promote the Sino-Africa cooperation in legal education in the new era,the following points are worth trying:make full use of existing international platforms to carry out cooperation,vigorously promote Sino-Africa cooperation in legal education with academic qualifications,and attach special importance to Sino-Africa cooperation in non-academic legal education,so as to realize the deepening of Sino-Africa legal education exchanges.
