摘要
目的:建立刺梨鲜品挥发油的最佳提取工艺并对其成分进行分析。方法:以刺梨鲜品为原料,以挥发油的提取率为指标,采用单因素试验及正交试验,对挥发油提取工艺条件进行优选,并对按最佳提取工艺提取的挥发油进行GC-MS分析。结果:刺梨挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:浸泡时间8h、蒸馏时间6h、料液比1∶4,照此条件刺梨挥发油的提取率为0.81mL/kg;从刺梨挥发油中鉴定出了95种化学成分,其中,含量最高的是十六烷酸(28.741%),其次为二十七烷(8.474%)和α-杜松烯(6.112%)。结论:建立的刺梨鲜品挥发油提取工艺可靠,刺梨鲜品挥发油中含多种活性化合物,为后续刺梨挥发油的开发利用提供一定的理论基础。
Objective:To establish the optimum extraction process for volatile oil from Rosa roxburghii Tratt.,and its compounds identification.Method:With fresh Rosa roxburghii Tratt.as the raw material,and extraction rate of volatile oil as the index,single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction technology conditions.Volatile oil extracted under the optimum condition were identified by GC-MS techniques.Result:The optimal condition for extraction of volatile oil from Rosa roxburghii Tratt.were:soaking 8 h,distillation 6 h and liquid-material ratio 1∶4.Under the above condition,the extraction rate of volatile oil from Rosa roxburghii Tratt.was 0.81 mL/kg.A total of 95 chemical compounds of volatiles were identified.The highest content was Hexadecanoic acid(28.741%),followed by Hexacosane(8.474%)andα-Cadinene(6.112%).Conclusion:The established extraction process of volatile oil from Rosa roxburghii Tratt.is reliable,and the volatile oil from Rosa roxburghii Tratt.contains many active compounds,which provides a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization of volatile oil from Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
